Most vineyard venues we know require a tour and a follow-up call before they will tell you a number. We have never understood it. You should know what we cost before you drive to Dundee. Our pricing is below.
There are three Saturday tiers. They differ only by season; the property, the inclusions, the staffing, and the 145-guest capacity are identical across all three. The difference is the calendar.
Friday and Sunday weddings are always $16,800, regardless of season. We host one wedding per weekend. We host twenty-eight a year.
Oregon has no sales tax. The price you see below is the price on the contract. The hold deposit is $6,500. The schedule is detailed at the bottom of this page.

Lodging add-on: the four casitas.
The four Mediterranean-style casitas at the north end of the property are an optional add-on. Each sleeps two. Couples typically book all four for the wedding weekend, sleeping the immediate family on-site.
$450 per casita per night, or $1,800/night for the full buyout. The standard wedding-weekend booking (Friday + Saturday + Sunday) runs $5,400 for the full property + lodging buyout.

Wine add-on: estate wine for the reception.
Couples typically include estate wine in the reception at $48/bottle (retail equivalent of our $36 tasting-room price). For 145 guests, this typically runs $2,800–$3,800 depending on consumption.
Diego designs a three-pour pairing for the dinner — usually a Pinot Gris with the first course, a Pinot Noir Estate with the second, and a Pinot Noir Reserve or older library wine with the third. The wines are listed on /wine-and-cuisine.

Eight optional add-ons. Each is plain-dollar pricing on the contract.
Rehearsal Dinner in Barrel Room
Friday evening, up to 60 guests. Annika runs a small family-style menu.

Payment schedule.
$6,500 hold to lock the date. 35% of the remaining venue rate at six months from the wedding. Balance due 30 days before the wedding. All amounts on the contract are exact — Oregon has no sales tax.
Taxes & fees.
None. Oregon has no state or local sales tax on event-venue rental. The number on this page is the number on the contract.
